With over 48 years of real estate experience spanning Australia, Southeast Asia, and New Zealand, Richard Bean brings global insight and local authority to his role as Head of Commercial at COMPANY RE. His career began with JLW and evolved into co-ownership of Knight Frank Gold Coast, where under his leadership, the office secured an extraordinary 87% market share of the commercial sector.

Richard went on to serve as Managing Director of Colliers Singapore, where he led a turnaround that returned the business to profitability within 18 months, overseeing a team of 156 professionals. His expertise in commercial and resort real estate is unmatched, having advised international clients on high-value, high-impact projects across the region.

Now at COMPANY RE, Richard is part of a new generation of real estate leadership—combining the structure of a modern agency with the values of integrity, openness, and deep market expertise. He leads our commercial division with vision, precision, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients across industrial, retail, resort, and residential sectors.
