Bruce Cook

Bruce Cook, the Co-Founder of COMPANY RE, brings 50 years of experience in the real estate industry. His notable career includes being a partner in a large real estate group, where he managed a significant sales team that handled residential, commercial projects, and development site amalgamations. Bruce was also deeply involved in Project Marketing for some of the Gold Coast’s biggest developers, working on sell-out projects and successfully marketing what are now some of the region’s most iconic estates. Later, he transitioned into investment sales, spanning both New Zealand and Australia, further solidifying his expertise across diverse real estate sectors.

With a passion for transforming the industry, Bruce is committed to expanding COMPANY RE market share and helping agents boost their production to fund their lives and secure prosperous futures. He envisions a real estate industry rooted in ethics, generosity, integrity, and transparency, driven by agents who live by these principles. Inspired by a vision he received through prayer, Bruce sought to create a system where agents could not only thrive in their careers but also build sustainable, saleable businesses. His mission is to cultivate a culture of generosity—where agents support each other and give back to their communities.

Bruce, in partnership with his wife and their heart towards loving people built into the business model a philanthropic arm of COMPANY RE, ensuring that a portion of the company’s profits will always go towards supporting initiatives focused on safe housing, homelessness, foster care and other issues affecting society’s most vulnerable.

Later in his journey, Bruce joined forces with his daughter, Talei, bringing her on as a Co-Founder of COMPANY RE. Together, they travelled to the United States, exploring various real estate models that had a synergy with his own model but after praying for the simplest way to bring this to market they ultimately felt a divine sense to launch the unique COMPANY RE model in Australia, founded on Christian values of love and service. COMPANY RE was born from this vision, with a commitment to transforming the real estate industry through ethical practices, generosity, and a deep dedication to serving others.
