Her journey through property, construction, and business services has established her as a versatile professional with expertise in project sales, client relationships, and strategic growth.
Ksenia was involved in the sales of Jewel Residences on the Gold Coast, one of the city’s most prestigious beachfront developments. This role expanded her property expertise and strengthened her ability to deliver outcomes in competitive, high-value markets.
Her entrepreneurial drive led her to establish Vivid Advertising, a sales and marketing company she grew from the ground up. As Founder and Director, she recruited and coached over 600 sales representatives, delivering more than $46 million in client revenue growth.
Ksenia later became a Partner and Director at Bluesafe Solutions, where she launched new products, developed scalable sales systems, and expanded operations across construction, trades, and NDIS. Her leadership ensured consistent growth and client success across multiple sectors.
Her experience further extends to the Gold Coast Innovation Hub, where she coached startup and scaleup founders in sales strategy, marketing, and investment readiness. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors at Transformations Program Australia, contributing to the organisation’s growth and community impact.
