Mida O’Neill brings a wealth of international experience and financial expertise to Company RE. With a career spanning multiple countries and diverse industries, Mida’s comprehensive background in accounting and financial management makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

In the Philippines, Mida served as a Senior Budget Analyst at CityTrust Bank, an affiliate of Citibank, where she honed her skills over 10 years in the banking sector. Her responsibilities included detailed financial analysis and budget management, contributing to the bank’s strategic financial planning.

Relocating to New Zealand, Mida continued her career as a Financial Accountant at the Bank of NZ. She further expanded her expertise at ICI Imperial Chemical, where she managed foreign exchange future contracts and money market investment. Her role at The NZ Film Commission and in Museums Aotearoa included financial reporting, budgeting, funding application, managing film trust accounts, and event organisation, underscoring her ability to oversee complex financial operations.

In Australia, Mida worked at Clear Accounting Software, where she focused on training, onboarding clients, and testing/debugging programmes. Her role at Tender Plus involved financial oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and the costing of meat products, along with overseeing the company farm in Tamworth. Mida also served as the Team Leader of Offshore Bookkeepers at Wealthfarm Financial Planners & Accounting and held accounting positions at Pioneer Mortgage and an accounting firm for three years, further solidifying her accounting credentials.
