His career began with JLL became the head of Knight Frank, where under his leadership, the office secured an extraordinary 87% market share of the commercial sector.

Richard went on to serve as Managing Director of Colliers Singapore, where he led a turnaround that returned the business to profitability within 18 months, overseeing a team of 156 professionals. His expertise in commercial and resort real estate is unmatched, having advised international clients on high-value, high-impact projects across the region.
